I am a trauma trained life coach passionate about guiding women who have suffered the devastation of sexual betrayal trauma from an authentic and empathetic place of being a partner myself. My deepest desire is to empower you through support, guidance, and awareness allowing you to heal, regain hope, and transform your life from surviving to thriving by God’s grace.
I am equally as passionate about leaving my four adult children and six (so far) grandchildren a legacy of faith and an understanding of the healing power of God’s grace. No life is beyond His relentless redemptive love.
Mary Kathryn Shifflett
Mary Kathryn is the Virtual Assistant for Broken & Beloved Coaching. She assists our ministry with all administrative needs as well as management of all our online demands. She has been a part of the B&BC community from the beginning. She looks forward to using her story and professional history to aid in creating the grace based environment needed for women to walk out their healing process through coaching and group communities here at Broken & Beloved Coaching.
She and her husband have been married since 2013 and have two amazing children!
